Blue Cypress Lake is located in Indian River County, Florida. Formally known as Lake Wilmington, Blue Cypress Lake is the largest lake in the Treasure Coast. It is the origin of the St. John's River and gets its name from the cypress tress that appear blue from the water's reflection in the morning sun.

Located on the lake is Middleton's Fish Camp which offers cabins, tent camping, kayak and boat rentals, bait shop, ice, drinks and snack food.
